This concept is inspired by my fondness for desserts. An overwhelming attachment to desserts made me think about the different varieties of sweets that are present around us in my local surroundings. Pakistani sweets (mithai) are a vital element of every joyous occasion. Mithai highlights the happiness celebrated and love shared throughout the country on various celebratory events. No occasion is complete without “mithai". Whether it be a wedding ceremony, festivals like Eid or graduation . Hence, through my print I want to celebrate and portray how mithai is used to bring life to different events and occasions.
